One of the largest green beefsteaks, it can grow to over 1 pound and is incredibly delicious with brilliant, neon-green flesh and a strong, sweet, and fruity flavor, much tastier than most red tomatoes.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis open-pollinated beefsteak-type tomato has bright green flesh, a clear peel, and an oblate, flattened round shape. The indeterminate plants grow long vines that require heavy-duty support. Ready to harvest when soft to the touch and yellow-green in color.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe exact origins are unknown, but this variety was saved by gardener Ruby Arnold.
